CANCELLATION POLICY
Prior to picking up your item at our store, you may cancel your puchase by contacting us by email at customerservice@ezpawn.com or by cancelling your purchase in person at the store.
If you do not pick up your item at our store within 7 days of purchase, your purchase will be canceled. If for any unforseen reason you item becomes unavailable between the time of your online purchase and the time you pick up the item, your purchase will be canceled.
In the event of cancellation of your purchase for any reason, whether initiated by you or us, in accordance with the terms of this Cancellation Policy, the purchase price will be refunded to the payment mechanism used in the purchase transaction. No cash refunds.
RETURN POLICY – BUY WITH CONFIDENCE!
If you return an item to our store within 1 day of pick up and the item is in the same condition as it was at the time of pick up, with all accessories, the purchase price will be refunded to the payment mechanism used in the purchase transaction. No cash refunds.
After the 1 day period referenced above, within 6 months after the date of online purchase, you may either: (1) exchange the item for similar merchandise of equal value, as determined by us, if available; or (2) return the item in exchange for store credit of equal value, as determined by us. In order to be returned or exchanged, an item must be in the same condition in which it was picked up, the “Purchase Confirmation” email must be presented, and all accessories present at the time of purchase must accompany the return.
SELLER EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABLITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, EXCEPT AS MAY BE REQUIRED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
