Purchase Ready for Pick up:

After completing checkout, your Debit or Credit Card will be charged, and you will receive a Purchase Confirmation email. Once your purchased item is ready for pick up, we will send you an email confirming the purchased item and location for pick up. For your security and protection of the items you purchased, please bring a copy of your Purchase Confirmation email and your photo ID to the store. We take extra care to ensure all our customers receive the correct merchandise. We will ask you to sign a receipt at the time of merchandise pick up. 

 

Cancelled Purchase:

If you do not pick up your item at our store within 7 days of purchase, your purchase will be canceled. If you wish to cancel a purchase before visiting the store please complete our Contact Us form and select “Cancel my Purchase” option and provide your Purchase Confirmation number. We will process the request and notify you by email once the purchase is canceled.

You will receive the refund to your Debit or Credit Card in a few days.

 

Return Policy:

When you buy something from EZPAWN, you have peace of mind.  Every product we sell has gone through our quality grading process and our online products include an extended 6 month Return Policy.
